Born in São Paulo/SP – Brazil, with a degree in Literature and a Master’s in Linguistics, I worked for 12 years as a Portuguese and Literature teacher in public and private schools.
Having been personally impacted by yoga in my own life, in 2018 I completed my training as a yoga teacher at the Institute of Yoga Teaching and Research (IEPY) in São Paulo, developing yoga projects for children and teenagers at school.
The following year, I moved to Enschede, the Netherlands, where I began teaching yoga to adults and founded the Yogares studio in 2022.
Passionate about learning more about the body-mind connection and the possible therapeutic pathways that arise from this connection, I was certified in Rolfing®️ Structural Integration by the European Rolfing Association (ERA), based in Munich, Germany, in June 2024.
